We deliver to 6 major countries, which are Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Australia, and United States.
If your country is not on our list, we are working towards it.
We strongly suggest you with tracking availabilities such as registered or express post. LOUILUX will not be responsible for any parcel sent to the customer, that is lost in transit, which does not have a tracking number.
For Singapore delivery:
Free Singapore Next Day Delivery - islandwide for order S$150 and above. The registered postages services provide tracking information on your order progress.

For international delivery:
Customs Charges
For all order outside Singapore, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. As each country has different charges and policies we are unable to provide more detailed information on this.
We suggest you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
LOUILUX will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay the Customs charges on in that country.
